As such, we aim to comply with all requirements to protect and maintain secure all personal information provided to us, such as e-mail addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers and all other personal data.

We take your privacy and the protection of any personal details that you provide us with extremely seriously.

For this reason, we will not disclose your e-mail address, contact details or any other personal information that you provide us with to any third parties without your consent. Naturally, if you book a language course with us, these details will be provided to the school that you will be attending.

We will use the details you have provided to us in order to respond to your communications with us.

We may also periodically send you newsletters with details of the language courses that we offer, unless you indicate at the time of booking that you do not wish to receive such information. You may also unsubscribe from receiving such newsletters at any time.

In order to safeguard your information online, our websites are fully equipped with electronic security mechanisms. Any enrolment details and credit card details that you provide via one of our websites are sent to us are sent via a secure connection, in encrypted form, so that that this data is only accessible to us.

Please note that these safety procedures may not apply to other third party websites with links from our websites. We would recommend that you always read a company's privacy policy before providing your personal details. We cannot speak on behalf of other companies regarding their privacy policies and therefore cannot be responsible for any personal data that you may choose to give to companies other than Language Courses Abroad/Spanish Study Holidays Ltd. with links from our websites.

Your personal data is held in our UK offices on a local server, protected by a firewall and other security measures, only accessible to authorised staff via a secure, password operated system.

The premises are also fully protected with an ADT 24-hour monitored alarm system.

This privacy policy was updated on 7th April 2004. Any substantial changes made to our privacy policy will be posted on our website with immediate effect.
